Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or if the incorrect product was received.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason, including changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
